2. How do I get started with a design project?
To begin, simply fill out our project inquiry form on the website. Provide details about your project, including your vision, style preferences, and any specific requirements. After we review your submission, we’ll reach out to you with a tailored quote and the next steps.
3. How much do your design services cost?
Pricing varies based on the scope, complexity, and type of project. Here’s an overview of our updated pricing for common design services:
Logo Design:
Basic Logo: $250 - $350
Standard Logo: $350 - $450
Premium Logo: $450 - $500
Illustration & Apparel Graphics:
Basic Illustration: $300 - $350
Intermediate Illustration: $350 - $500
Premium Illustration: $500 - $600

4. How long will my design project take?
The timeline for each project depends on the scope and complexity. Typically, here’s what you can expect:
Logo Design: 1–2 weeks
Website Design: 4–8 weeks
Custom Illustrations & Apparel Graphics: 1–3 weeks
Branding Packages: 2–4 weeks
Marketing/Social Media Design: 1–2 weeks

5. Can I make revisions to my design?
Yes! We offer revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. The number of revisions included depends on the service/package:
Logo Design: Typically includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Custom Illustrations & Apparel Graphics: Includes 1-2 rounds of revisions.
Website Design: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Marketing/Social Media Design: Includes 2–3 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees, which will be discussed upfront if necessary.
6. What do you need from me to get started?
To get started, we typically need:
A project description: What are you looking to create?
Any branding guidelines (if you have them).
Design preferences: Style, colors, mood, etc.
Inspirational images or references (if you have them).
Your budget and timeline.
Once we have these details, we can provide a custom quote and begin working on your project.
7. Will I own the rights to the designs?
Yes! Upon final payment, you will fully own the rights to your design(s), unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes the right to use, modify, and distribute your designs. We retain the right to use your designs in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise.
8. Do you offer discounts for friends and family?
Yes, we offer friends and family discounts on select projects. The discount typically ranges between 10% - 20% depending on the scope of the work. Please reach out directly to inquire about your specific project and discount.
9. How do you handle payment?
We typically require a deposit before starting any project (usually 50% of the total fee), with the balance due upon project completion. We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. For larger projects, we can discuss a custom payment plan.
10. Can you design a website for my business?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and tailored to your brand’s needs.
